What type of personality are you?

The process of applying for a job is constantly evolving and a growing number of employers are now using personality tests to vet job applicants.

There are many different tests out there but the most commonly used are based on the theory of Myers-Briggs, where a psychometric questionnaire is used to measure and dig deeper into a candidate’s decision making process.
